# Veridian Health Partners

**Veridian Health Partners** builds healthcare technology for **correctional
facilities**.

Our **flagship product** is [**Veridian Motion**](/veridian-motion/product) —
a physical therapy platform pairing a **patient portal** (kiosk intake) with a
**provider dashboard** where licensed PTs review AI-assisted non-diagnostic
triage and **approve** exercise recommendations. Clinical authority stays with
the licensed PT; the product does not diagnose.

## Why Veridian Motion

Structured MSK triage and **PT-approved bodyweight plans** can improve **patient
wellbeing** and help facilities address complaints before they escalate —
reducing downstream costs from emergency care, chronic disability, and
litigation exposure.

* **Provider dashboard:** Manual enrollment, assignment queue, review/approve, notes, PDF, messaging
* **Security:** RBAC, RLS, hash-chained audit log, field-level PHI encryption, brute-force lockout, TOTP MFA (per deployment), PWA hardening

## Compliance posture

**HIPAA-aligned, not HIPAA-certified.** **Not CJIS-authorized or
FedRAMP-authorized.** The hosting **agency** provides CJIS/FedRAMP/GovCloud
environment, MDM kiosk lockdown, network controls, and personnel screening.
