# Admin analytics

> Facility-scoped admin reporting — engagement, outcomes, labeled cost estimates, and Usage & activity.

# Admin analytics

The **admin analytics** dashboard is a **facility-scoped, admin-only** reporting
surface for engagement and outcomes across Veridian Motion programs. **IT
admins** may see platform-wide views where configured.

  **Built / rolling out** — confirm activation for your deployment. Documented
  as a **reporting capability**. It separates **measured** metrics from clearly
  labeled **estimated** cost figures. It does **not** invent or guarantee
  savings numbers. Current builds use **synthetic (pre-production) data**.

## What it shows

| **Engagement**   | Platform and program usage at the **facility level** (including Chess Academy engagement metrics) |
| **Outcomes**     | Aggregated indicators tied to MSK triage, clinician review, and enabled programs                  |
| **Cost framing** | **Measured** metrics shown separately from clearly labeled **estimated** cost figures             |

## Usage & activity

**Usage & activity** (admins; facility-scoped — platform-wide for IT admins when
configured) reports **aggregate** operational activity only:

* Active users over time
* Total logins
* Check-ins started vs. completed
* Messages sent
* Chess games played
* Exercises viewed
* Recorded events and top events

**No individual clinical data** appears on this dashboard.

## Privacy and minimum necessary

* **No individual patient PHI** on the analytics dashboard
* Staff-related wellness figures, when present, appear only in **aggregate /
  de-identified** form
* **`warden`**, **`officer`**, and other oversight roles do **not** receive this
  admin analytics view unless also granted `admin`

## What it is not

* **Not a clinical record** — reporting only
* **Not a medical coding / insurance billing tool**
* **Not a behavioral-health or psychological assessment** product
* **Not a certification claim** — HIPAA-aligned platform design applies; this
  dashboard does not imply HIPAA certification or any other compliance certification
