# Pure Training Roll — Book I

**Pure Training Roll — Book I: Foundations & Science** is a **15-module
certification curriculum** by **Leon Cherbukhovsky**, First Edition **2026**.
Patients access it from the **Course** tab in
[Veridian Academy](/veridian-motion/academy).

Clinical authority stays with licensed clinicians. The curriculum is
**educational and non-diagnostic**. The product does **not** diagnose.

  **Built / rolling out** on synthetic (pre-production) data. Current Lovable
  builds use **synthetic data only**. Confirm activation for your deployment.

## Modules

Fifteen modules cover:

1. How the roll works
2. Foundations of human movement
3. Functional anatomy
4. Co-contraction and joint control
5. What the roll changes
6. Controlled instability and motor learning
7. Isometric exercise
8. Moving while stabilising
9. Self-generated perturbation
10. Reciprocal movement
11. Multiplanar movement
12. Progression and regression
13. Pain and stiffness
14. Programming and recovery
15. Safety and responsibility

Each module ends with a **knowledge check** and a **competency objective**.

Knowledge checks are **open-response** and are **deliberately not scored** —
they prepare the learner for the examination.

Passing issues a printable **Certificate of Completion** naming **Leon
Cherbukhovsky** as author.

## Examination security

The **answer key never reaches the browser**. Design:

1. The key lives in a **staff-only, RLS-protected** table
2. Participants fetch the paper through a **security-definer** function that
   returns questions **without** the answer column
3. Submission is graded by a second **security-definer** function **inside the
   database**

A participant cannot read the key even by querying directly.

## What it is not

* **Not a clinical license** or professional credential beyond the program's own
  Certificate of Completion
* **Not a diagnosis** or treatment plan
* **Not** scored knowledge checks (those prepare for the exam only)
* **Not** a claim that the provisional 80/100 pass mark is clinician-finalized
