Branding the Bridge

The patient-facing Bridge is hosted by Veridian but should feel like your practice. This page covers what you can customize.

What you control

  • Logo. PNG or SVG, ideally with a transparent background.
  • Practice display name. The name that appears across the page.
  • Primary color. The accent color used on the pay button and progress indicators. We recommend a color that contrasts well on both light and dark mode.
  • Support contact. A phone number or email shown if the patient needs help.
  • Refund / billing notes. Optional fine print displayed under the amount.

What Veridian controls

  • Layout. We test the layout against accessibility, mobile usability, and conversion. Practices don’t customize the layout — we improve it for everyone.
  • Bank-connection flow. Provided by our partner; not customizable.
  • Receipt template. Branded with your logo and name, but the structure is fixed for clarity and audit.
  • Security indicators. Lock icons, “secured by Veridian” language, and HIPAA references stay consistent across all practices.

How to update branding

Sign in to the Veridian dashboard, open Settings → Branding, and upload your assets. Changes are live within a few minutes.

Best practices

  • Use a logo that reads cleanly at 40px tall on mobile.
  • Pick a primary color that has at least 4.5:1 contrast against white.
  • Keep support contact info current — patients will use it.
  • Test the page on your own phone before sending it to a real patient.
