Provider dashboard
The provider dashboard is the staff-facing surface of Veridian Motion. Licensed clinicians retain clinical authority — AI output is triage support only and does not reach patients until approved.Capabilities below are built / pre-production / rolling out. Confirm
feature flags and entitlements for your facility before assuming a module is
active.
Sign-in and first login
Staff sign in with email, password, and TOTP MFA (enforced per deployment). An admin grants roles and (when multi-facility is enabled) facility membership. See Roles and access.Patient roster
A searchable, filterable patient roster lists enrolled patients for the facility.warden / officer users do not receive clinical roster views by
default — operational metrics only.
Enroll patient and license programs
- An admin uses Enroll patient or bulk roster import to create records
- The system returns Patient ID and initial PIN for staff handoff
- Admins configure program entitlements (seats + contract price) and enroll patients within the seat cap
- The patient accepts Terms and completes intake on the kiosk
Assignment queue (MSK)
New MSK submissions appear in an assignment queue until an admin assigns a clinician. See Status and workflow.Assessment review and approve (MSK)
Opening an assessment shows body map, complaint, questionnaire, photos, AI-generated exercise plan (non-diagnostic), and red-flag callouts. The clinician approves when ready. Until then, draft AI content is not visible to the patient.Program review workflows
Precision Rehab review panel
