Do not treat roadmap or rolling-out items as production-ready for real PHI until compliance migration and facility activation are confirmed.

Compliance migration (gate to real deployment)

Current Lovable builds use synthetic data only. Before any real-PHI pilot:

Migrate to owned Supabase (HIPAA add-on + BAA) and a compliant host
Keep message screening rules-based (no message text to AI services); move any remaining staff-facing AI drafts to BAA-covered or self-hosted infrastructure as required
Finalize Terms / MSA / BAA with counsel
Obtain an IRB determination when required (program-evaluation framing)
Obtain clinical sign-offs for enabled programs

Positioning remains “HIPAA-aligned” and “wellness program” — never “certified,” “IRB-approved,” or “clinically proven.”

Explicitly out of scope (public docs)

Medical claims / CPT coding workflows (program licensing ≠ medical billing)
AI output shown to patients before clinician review
Self-service patient or staff sign-up
External messaging (SMS, email to patients) except allowlisted staff PDF send where configured
Patient-vs-patient chat or matchmaking
Public Behavioral Health / AI emotional-assessment product pages — WOPR-sensitive; see Planned only
